My only complaint was that the pictures on the website itself were not ideal with with to choose the products - needed to be bigger/better quality- but i have alrady notified the site about this, and they agreed.

There was no real shoice in the shipping options however the price, and speed of delivery were impressive.

the price of the product itslef seemed a bit high. the buying process was painless and quick.

The customer service was th best part - quick, precise and pleasant.

Body: Great Site. One negative comment(pobably my fault). Last year I bought Hellzapoppin(video). I accidentally hit record on VCR instead of play and deleted my favorite dance scene. I was surprised I was able to do this.

Overall I am very impressed w/this site. It is wonderful how you can view clips of videos you are interested in buying. I think this is a legitimate shopping advantage to web purchasers.

Body: I am very hapy with the Blyer New Yorker brown and white wingtips I bought from Swing Dance Shop they look awesome and they feel great!!! I was unsure when I first tried them on because they are such a soft thin leather and they dont feel like ordiary dress shoes. However after one exhausting night of swinging and lindy hoppin without stopin my feet werent sore or tired at all, ( now my legs, well thats a different story...) I really think the insoles made a huge difference too. I got the Blyer Rock n Roll insoles recomended on ordering page. Also I got quite a few compliments on how cool they looked. I had been searching for some "Swing" bumper stickers which Swing Dance Shop Savoy Style did not carry. Judy was kind enough to e-mail me a link to one of her competitors who she knew carried that particular item.
I ordered the bumper stickers from her competitor and went back to Swing Dance Shop Savoy Style for the other items. Much to my surprise, I received my order two days later!
I am still waiting for my order from the competitor. It's been 13 days since I placed my order with them.
The items I ordered were for my sister-in-law who is a dancer and a self proclaimed "Swing fanatic". We went to watch her perform at a dance studio over the past weekend and I was ranting & raving about the customer service at Swing Dance Savoy Style shop to everyone who would listen.
Excellent customer service is hard to find these days.
This business gets an A+++ rating from me.

Given the logistics and distribution challenges that I have experienced and heard about with smaller web-based vendors, I expected that it might be a while before receiving the videos that I ordered. To my surprise and enjoyment the videos arrived two days later. The content of the videos exceeded my expectations as well.
